INVESTMENT GUIDE ART FOR ATHLETES - On Location
We offer a variety of creative, unique choices for your session that suites any team’s budget. On-Location can mean a variety of things depending on your sport. This can range from a gymnasium, to a field, to a swimming pool! We also factor in daytime or night time (with or without studio lighting). We can even offer a studio set up for dramatic results if you are looking for something really cool. We take great pride in our catalogue collections and work to provide more choices each year to keep things fresh. Our goal is to create fine art sports portraits that will remain on your walls as art forever.
We strive to make our sessions a fun and positive experience that children and parents will enjoy and remember.
Art for Athletes provides clients with digital, royalty-free portraits. You have the option to print, or share your child’s portraits with family and friends through email and social media!
We will work with your parents, coaches and manager to ensure everyone is prepared for the session. And, we offer multiple convenient payment methods. If you have any questions regarding booking your sports portrait session, please email us!
NOTE! You must have at least 10 athletes to receive the below pricing. Talk to us if you have less. A minimum charge will apply.
NOTE! Outdoor sessions are weather dependent. In case of percepitation or high winds (studio lighting), sessions will need to be rescheduled.
'UNDER THE LIGHTS' PORTRAIT COLLECTION
Let your child be portrayed as the star they are! We use dramatic studio lighting combined with modern poses to ensure your on-location portraits are unique keepsakes. Under the lights will by far give your child portraits that stand out all while having a super fun experience feeling like a pro athlete!
Each child’s personal portrait session is done on-location provided by your team. Studio lighting affects are best accomplished by shooting indoors, or outdoors near sunset.
Indoors can be many different places; gymnasiums, arenas, community clubs, my studio, even a garage!
Approximate time for session: 3 minutes/player and 15 minutes/team shots.
Packages include:
- A variety of unique individual poses of each player - high resolution digital portraits, no prints
- Black & White copies of individual poses - high resolution digital portraits, no prints
- Team photo (plus black & white copies)
- Online digital gallery with access to download high-resolution digital files. (Royalty Free)
1 Individual pose, plus team image: 25/player (only offered for groups of 25 or more)
2 Individual poses, plus team image: 30/player
3 Individual poses, plus 2 team images: 40/player
Team photo only: 10/player
PERSONAL PORTRAIT MINI SESSION
If you would like a session for your child, without a team, you can book me for a personalized mini session.
Photo session done at a location of your choice. Some options include; studio (supplied), outdoor, or on location.
Note: It is the responsibility of the client to organize the location (on location is preferred).
Approximate time for session: 30 minutes.
Package includes:
- 10 digital high-resolution files - includes high resolution digital files (no prints)
- 10 Black & White copies of all files - includes high resolution digital files (no prints)
- Online digital gallery with access to download high-resolution digital files. (Royalty Free)
- Optional print ordering can be done thru digital gallery
500 (Pricing will be reduced for additional people and reflected by number of people.)
